Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@lumavoyage.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@lumavoyage.com and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including items that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
